you will receive an email/text when your appointment is booked. 48 hours before your appointment you will also receive an email and text reminder. please reply to confirm your appointment.

we require appointment confirmation 24-48 hours before your appointment. it's super easy to do by email, text, or phone. give us a shout out in any way that is best for you!

have any questions? we love questions, send them our way! our main form of communication is text. It's the absolute best way to get a hold of us, especially when blow dryers are running. You can also email us or call by phone. Our hours of communication are typically mon-fri 9-6pm

we are conveniently located on  main street just outside of downtown gaylord! we have ample parking located behind our building as well as plenty of street parking on illinois ave.  our space is the perfect combination of laid back luxury. with the live edge wood details that encompass an up north feel and the crisp clean decor that gives a modern vibe we know you will feel right at home!

when you arrive, our guest care team will check you in at our front desk. you. enjoy a drink and snack  and browse in our adorable boutique called fringe + main! You can also shop our selection of products ranging from kerastase, aveda, aluram, and eminence organic skincare.

Consultation

your appointment will start with a consultation. we'll look at your inspiration photos, find out about your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, review pricing, and get to know you! we want to create solutions that are perfect for you and your lifestyle. we'll also talk about your best maintenance schedule and home care recommendations.

Service

during your service, enjoy your time any way you like. bring a laptop, book, or we can spend the time chatting.

after your appointment, our guest care team will check you out, assist your with any product needs, and help you prebook your next appointment if you wish!
