Do you accept walk-ins at Bliss Salon and Spa?

We recommend booking an appointment to secure your spot, but we happily accept walk-ins whenever we can at our salon.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we  request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments.

Failure to comply with the 24 hour cancellation policy will result in a 50% charge of the service.  Not showing up for an appointment will result in 100% of  forfeiture of the service price.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to any appointments.

Failure to pay any cancellation fee will result in being restricted from booking future appointments.

Upon cancelling your appointment through the online booking portal. The deposit will automatically go on your client account. If you wish to have your deposit refunded please text or call us at (989) 448-2559.

What if i'm not in love with the services I had?

Accepted Answer

Bummer! If you are not satisfied with your service, Bliss Salon will be happy to make adjustments within seven days of your original service. However, if you do not notify the salon within one week you will be charged the regular price. Some services may be non-refundable such as spray tanning & lash and brow services.

Help! I'm running late! What do I do?

Please give us a call or text us and let us know! If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to deliver the service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. We would hate to compromise your experience with us.

Question 5

Why is the cost of product charged separate from the color?

Accepted Answer

We utilize a system called Vish. It measures exact amount of colour product used on your hair and charges a percentage of that. This means that someone with thin, fine hair doesn’t pay as much as someone with thick hair that uses much more product. We feel that this is the most fair way to charge for color and chemical services.

To give an example of what color costs, the average root retouch is usually $7-$8 and the average full head of highlights (including toner) is $15-$30.

If you would like an approximate quote on what color may cost for your hair, please feel free to contact your stylist.

Can I return or exhange my product?

Concerning purchases, we will gladly exchange an unused product that was purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended.

Where do I park?

We have a private parking lot behind our building. If that is full, please use street parking.

How do I choose a stylist?

If you’re still stuck, give us a call! One of our Salon Coordinators would be more than happy to make recommendations. Please keep in mind, we set a very high standard for our stylists to be on the floor, all team members are trained to give you the best of the best!

How much are hair extensions?

Extension pricing varies depending on your desired results. If you just need to add a little volume or a pop of color to specific areas, pricing is considerably less than if you want to add length all over. Average pricing is typically between $600 and $1200+, and there is no way that we can give you a quote without seeing your hair and talking to you about your hair goals. Anyone interested in extensions should book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.

On occasion, Bliss team members will experience an illness or emergency and must cancel their services for the day. In those instances, we will do everything we can to accommodate your service. That may involve booking your service with a different team member, or rebooking at another time that fits your schedule.
