Hi everyone! It’s nice to meet you! I am Dana, Salon Owner and Stylist at Bliss Salon and Spa! I have been a licensed hairdresser since 2009 and opened Bliss in 2013! My first 5 years behind the chair was full of doing hair, hair and more hair. During this time, I sought out some of the best education and trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and 901 in California. My passion for this industry has only grown. I can honestly say there is no other career I would rather have!
The incredible growth of Bliss Salon and Spa has taken my hairdressing career in a different direction. I spend the majority of my time working on all aspects of the business to continually make Bliss the best salon and also the best place for our team to work. Innovation, education, and fueling others passion to be the best they can be is what makes me the happiest.
When I’m not at the salon you can find me spending time with my family. My husband Kyle is third generation oil field and also owns his own company. We have two girls Maren and Marley. I love to shop and spend time on our boat. I enjoy the simple things in life like a hot americano, cupcakes, tj maxx and a good hair day!

Hey everyone! I’m Joe Manager of Bliss Salon and Spa. I have been in the beauty industry since 2008. My specialties are hair cutting, styling, and finishing. I do love the rest of it too! Continuing education for myself as well as my staff is the forefront of why I love what I do!
When I’m not at the salon you can find me on the farm, helping with the animals and planting lots of flowers. Spending time with my two Dobermans and my partner complete what you should know about me! Come sit in my chair and let’s get to know each other better and give you a style you’ll love!

Hi there from me, Allyson! I have been welcoming our guests as a Salon Coordinator since day one in 2013. It fills my heart right up to honor the guests of Bliss Salon & Spa with an inviting, fun, experience. With that, I work hard to make sure the Front Desk Team delivers the same experience as their Manager. After all, our guests are our greatest asset!
In 2020 I took the plunge and did an apprenticeship through Bliss, earning my license as a Nail Technician. I have always loved great nails. Nail art, glitter, & all the colors make my heart sing! I have a passion for all the sparkle & shine!
I am the proudest mom ever, completely obsessed with my family! When I have free time, I enjoy spending it with my kiddos, my hunk of burnin love, my family, & friends. This industry has taught me so much, however, the real beauty lies in the personal connections we make. Now get in here! I can’t wait to meet you!

Hello! I’m Kelsey. I started my journey as a Salon Coordinator at Bliss and grew to love this industry. I happen to be one of our very first Esthetician Apprentices. I have been an Esthetician since 2020, and I love every minute of it. As a member of our Leadership Team, I lead our Spa peeps and help decide what works best for our clients! I specialize in body waxing, lashes, makeup, facials, and Hydrafacials.
When I am not at Bliss, I love spending time with family and always trying to live life to the fullest. People may say my personality is very bubbly and I always love to keep a crowd laughing.
I love the team I work with and the inspiration we give each other to create the culture that Bliss is. I want to make each guest feel amazing every time they walk through that door!

ERIN GRAY

Hi, I'm Erin Gray. I've been with Bliss since 2017, and I’ve been in the beauty industry since 1998. I love it more and more with each passing year. I'm proud to be a part of our Leadership Team, as well as an educator. I am also a Certified Redken Hair Colorist. This gives me extensive knowledge to offer my clients the best hair color results.
Passing down my knowledge to those just starting in the industry is beyond rewarding. My passion comes from making connections with so many people, and it's a privilege to be able to brighten our clients’ days and make them feel good about themselves. I’m proud to say that I am skilled and able to offer a variety of services including hair, nails, skincare, and body waxing.
When I'm not at Bliss, you'll find me with my three children or with my dearest friends and family. I love watching my kids perform in their school band performances and other various activities and hobbies. Watching their passion spark and grow makes my heart soar. We also love being outdoors in the summer, and when it get cold, we like watching TV and play cards.

Hi there! My name is Tiffany, and I’ve been with my Bliss family for six years. I’m blessed to have been in the beauty industry since 2006. As a member of our Leadership Team, I am the head of our education department. I went to cosmetology school in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I am originally from. Nothing brings me more joy than to put smiles on people’s faces by pampering them.
When I am not behind the chair or teaching classes, I am on adventures with my husband and daughter. We love all things outdoors, arts, music, animals, and most of all, FUN! I believe in living life to the fullest and always enjoying the small pleasures life has to offer us.

Hi Everyone! My name is Erin Pelky and I have been a stylist at Bliss since 2019! I started in the industry in 2015 and have always had a passion for hair! I love in hand-tied hair extensions and all types of haircolor. I love to be able to help every guest that sits in my chair achieve their hair goals!
I’m more of a quiet, reserved person so if you’d like to spend your time in the salon simply relaxing, I’m your stylist. I take a lot of pride in my career and really love to focus on continuing my education. My goal is to stay up to date on education to give you the best service and salon experience that I can!
When I’m not at Bliss you can find me with my dog Lucifer, shopping or helping my parents out at their lavender farm! I also love exploring the northern Michigan nature!

Hi guys, Cory here! I’ve been at Bliss since 2020, and absolutely LOVE my job. Creativity comes easy to me and I enjoy making visions a reality!
After graduating cosmetology school in 2020, it was not a hard decision on where I wanted to grow as a stylist! I started out as a Salon Coordinator before my time behind the chair.
Bliss has been my home away from home & I’m lucky to call myself a “Blissfit”. I absolutely LOVE color services but blonding is my specialty! If you prefer a quieter, detail-oriented stylist, I’m your girl! I love the creativity behind being a hairstylist and taking my time to create your dream hair. Oh, and of course all of the beautiful people I get to meet!
When I’m not at the salon, you can find me at home chasing around my two toddlers. My weeks are usually filled with tots gymnastics and finding other activities to keep busy, especially beach days in the summer!

Hi, I’m Brice! I’ve been in the hair industry since 2017, and have been with my Bliss family since 2019. I’ve lived in the beautiful town of Gaylord my whole life! After graduating high school, I went off to Grand Rapids to attend Douglas J Aveda Institute.
As one of our first associates, I worked under our master stylists to further my education before taking the floor on my own! My favorite part of this industry is that there are always new things to learn!
My favorite services are highlighting, dimensional blondes, and custom coloring. I also enjoy doing manicures and pedicures! My main goal is to make a connection, and give you the most spectacular experience!
When I’m not at Bliss, you will catch me spending all my time with my partner, my beautiful stepdaughter, and my adorable son. I also have three fur babies! In the summertime, we are outside all the time: going to the beach, playing disc golf, or having a bonfire with friends! Inside, I am catching up on my favorite shows, or reading a good book!

Hi! I’m Joslyn but my people call me Joz. I have been in the industry for six years and it’s no question that Bliss has forever and always will be my home.
Im a go getter and always looking for ways to make sure I’m up to date with ways to make you feel your best! I offer lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, facials & spray tanning! I swear by a good lash serum & client relationships.
In my down time you can find me with my doggo, Magoo, and my handsome pants boyfriend, Kyle. I love shopping with my mom & time with family on the porch.

When I’m not with my Bliss family, I am usually with my three boys camping, fishing, and just trying to keep up!

Hi, I’m Amie! As a small town girl from Northern Michigan, I’ve always desired a career where my efforts made an impact.
While attending Douglas J. Aveda, I accomplished their honors program which included a salon reality environment that engaged students in accelerated learning. The program gave me the foundation and confidence needed to go directly into a high-end salon and assist under Bliss’s most prestigious master colorists. I absolutely fell in love with this industry. I continue to make education a priority and am constantly on the search for the next big trends and newest techniques.
I love all things color and extensions. I enjoy building relationships; not only to watch clients grow personally, but to also help their hair thrive by teaching them the proper ways to maintain healthy hair. I cannot wait to see you in my chair! xoxox

Hi, my name is Lexi and I’m so excited to have joined the Bliss team in the fall of 2021!!
I obtained my cosmetology license from Douglas J. Aveda Institute in East Lansing. I’ve loved continuing my education at Bliss, including in eyelash extensions and nails, and am eager to start my journey in hand tied hair extensions.
Every aspect of this industry brings me so much joy! I love what I do because cosmetology has given me the chance to combine the passions of my career with building relationships and helping people to feel their best.
Outside of the salon, I love spending time with friends and family, going on the boat, and playing with my dog Bubba. I’m beyond grateful for all the support I’ve received so far, and I can’t wait to see where the future leads at Bliss!

Hi! My name is Yvonne Drayton, I am very excited to have joined the Bliss team in March of 2023. I have been in the beauty industry since 1983, graduated from Howell Cosmetology School. I Did acrylic nails for thirteen years at my mom’s beauty shop, then moved to Vanderbilt in 1995. I have been working in various medical jobs , but my passion was for me to return to what I loved most nails and pedicures. I love meeting new people, it is a privilege to brighten someone’s day and have them feeling special.
When I’m not bliss I enjoy spending time with family and grandchildren. I love jeeping, hiking, kayaking and just enjoying the beauty of Northern Michigan. I’m so looking forward to meeting you all, and making you feel special.
